The most important thing when using a rechargeable lantern is remembering to recharge it. Fortunately I managed to get through the main part of this morning’s workout (a few bench sets) before discovering just how dark the garage can get.
Bench press (close grip) 2×20@20/44, 2×10@40/88, 8×3@60/132
With the battery taking a frustrating 20 hours to fully recharge, fingers are tightly crossed for some late afternoon sun (for an open-door, neighbour-scaring session).

Unfortunately no neighbours were scared today. I ended up finishing things off (to some extent) indoors.
Is Halloween a big celebration there? (it isn’t really a major event here - except with a few of the tourists).

It’s pretty popular in the states. Nothing like Christmas or Thanksgiving mind you but kids and younger adults definately look forward to it.

I used to do halloween as a bairn in Scotland, was in the days when you could still walk the streets in my home town though.
Tis a far chavvier place these days, sadly.
I just loved the note of optimism about afternoon sun, have fond memories of the edinburgh four hour day.

Well, I’m able to report that Glasgow is now almost equally chavvy, and gives that 4 hours of daylight a good run :)
