Public holidays make you realise just how nice it is to have a home gym. With most of the surrounding area resembling a ghost town, I popped into the garage for a quick bench session.

Bench press 4×20@20/44
Bench press (each at wide, normal, close grips) 10@30/66, 10@40/88, 10,8,5@50/110
Bent-over row / shrug (superset) 4×10@50/110

My type of workout, Scott. Brief, to the point and consisting only of compound exercises…
December 26th is a busy day in the States, with all the sales on at the stores and people returning gifts.

Yeah, the sales are on here too. These days, however, the sales last for a few weeks, so there isn’t as much of a mad panic on the one day.

As for the brief workout, it was too cold for anything else :)
