Although a couple of rest days have certainly taken away most of the lat pain, I’m not entirely convinced that everything is back to normal. Accordingly, I elected to forego today’s accessory work and keep things to below 70% on the bench. Hopefully the usual Sunday session will be in operation tomorrow.
