I woke early with the thought of deadlifts (specifically rack pulls - with a bench permanently in the way, there isn’t much choice). With the bar starting at just above knee height, these felt surprisingly good. Worked up to a comfortable triple at 160kg before the remainder of the workout was put on hold, for a couple of hours or so.
