I need sleep. The rechargeable light in the garage lasts for about 3 hours at a time, and dies without warning. I suddenly remembered last night’s intended recharge when I found myself bathed in darkness (not for the first time, either), only 4 sets into today’s squat warmup. Frustrating, although I suspect an hour or two of shut-eye will probably do me more good.

Never overlook the importance of sleep. If I don’t get 6 or 7 hours every night I can not really function a couple days later. My body doesn’t let me sleep more than 7 or 8 hours tops.

I’m usually on 5-6 hours, but I’ve been on 4 for the last week or so. Think it just finally caught up.
I used to live on 4 hours per night, with a catch-up once every couple of weeks. I’m considering going back to that approach.
