Just a quick session this morning - mainly testing weights. Still, a few sets of paused benching were quite enough. The pausing is still getting me completely out of breath - even at light weights.
Bench press (paused) 2×20@20/44, 2×12@40/88, 10@50/110
Bent-over row 4×10@40/88
Bicep curls (warmups only - session interrupted early)
