Quick speed session

Although part of the new ‘frequent, short workouts’ scheme, today’s session was even briefer than planned. Still, I got through a few sets of nice explosive rack pulls from knee height - always my worst point.

Hanging knee raise 2×10@bw
Dimmel deadlift 2×20@60/135
RDL 2×10@55/121
Rack pull (knee height, sumo, double-overhand, explosive) 4×10@60/135

Now off for a bit of ab work.
