Matt Furey, perhaps best known for taking ancient bodyweight exercises and making money from them, has switched from sending regular emails to blogging. The questions from his ‘followers’ are often more informative than the answers - the site’s worth checking out for entertainment value alone.

He’s planning on making this a ‘members only’ section (which presumably means you’ll have to pay for it). Not sure if he’s quite got this blogging thing down yet :)

Somehow my other comment on the overhead press got lost, but if he can charge, you could too. Frankly, I like these baroque exercises you pull up from way back in time (Zottman curl). I may actually try some of them.

Cheers Bud. The Zottman’s a good one to start with, because it just uses dumbells and won’t attract strange looks.
