Whether you're enjoying a session in the home gym, local park or somewhere a little more commercial; make sure you're wearing one of these.
A quick session this morning served two purposes. The first one was to test the recently purchased Rave mp3 headband (squats were my major concern - with the bar so close to it when setting up). The second was to wake up a bit (I’m a night person).
A summary of squatting with the headband : ‘Oh, yeah’. As much as I enjoy listening to the clanking of iron, a burst of Motörhead wins hands-down.

Nice bottom squats. Those are some real ass kickers! Not to mention how well they work the hips.
