Not before time

I seem to be back to near-normal (the occasional cough certainly isn’t going to prevent a workout), and this morning’s session felt reasonably good. With the days beginning to become noticeably longer (more sunlight hours in any case) and slightly warmer, a return to full strength will be very well timed.

For now, I’m just glad that I made it through a short session without my jeans falling off - yes, I have lost that much weight. Hopefully it won’t take long to put back on.

Bench press 3×20@20/44, 4×10@40/88
Seated half press 2×10@40/88
Seated overhead press 4×10@40/88, 5×1@60/132

I feel for you. Whenever I get sick I lose weight as well; I can lose 10-15 pounds in a week. It then takes me 3 to 4 months sometimes to put that weight back on. I hope you can manage it quicker than I do.

wtf, a stone of weight?!?

Think nothing of it. A whole shitload of squats and DLs will fix that problem!

Wow, I don’t ever remember getting so sick that I’ve lost weight. How much are you down Scott? Blaine, 10-15 pounds is f’ed up.

Astonishing that you lost weight during a weight gaining phase. Maybe you should try to lose weight :).

Nice weight on those overhead presses.

I’m only down a couple of kg at the moment, so I shouldn’t think it’ll take that long to put back on. As for dropping a stone Blaine, that’s getting serious.
