Having wasted almost 30 minutes searching for a rather unloved pair of CoC grippers, I embarked on a brief workout that certainly got the heart beating. More searching later.

Push-up (fingertip, feet elevated to knee height) 2×10@bw
Hammer curl 2×20@6.5/14 (each side)
Zottman curl 2×10@6.5/14 (each side)
Bicep curl 10@25/55

The Zottman curl looks impressive. You should be like that Furey guy and sell access to your site ;). You’re less extreme while retaining a pleasing baroque sensibility.

John, the fingertip pushups seem like a great way to find your weakest finger - in my case the thumbs. Once all fingers are reasonably strong, I want to gradually work down to thumb + 1 finger. Nice and painful.
