Just came across a blog that’s well worth checking out, from the Diesel Crew. Some great stuff on there.

Ready to bend some steel? Grab a copy of the Diesel Crew's Bending eBook. Superb.

Interesting blog. You seem to look at combat training a lot. Considering combat?

Not really. The closest I’ve come is studying a bit of Judo whilst in high school - nothing at the moment. I tend to look at a variety of strength related things.

[BTW, “remember personal info” works on the page I come to if I don’t fill out the form right.]
My interests lately have turned toward how to fit it all together. For instance, I think a lot of this conditioning stuff would fit well into some of our conditioning phases.
BTW, did you notice the guy flipping the 95 lb. kettlebell on the Diesel site?

Very interesting - the ‘remembering info’ bug is still sitting atop the list of the next batch of changes. I take it you come in directly to the archive pages (probably via a feed reader)?
The ‘fitting it all together’ is the tricky part. At least the end point is usually clear (raw strength, size, endurance etc - depending on person) - it’s just the getting there that’s difficult.
I saw that pic of the 95lb kettlebell flip, and that’s a long, long way off.

99 Shades of Grey is a great site - and I appreciate all the press the Diesel Crew gets over here! Thank you very much Scott! Keep up the good work!

Thanks Smitty. Just reading the Core Statics article now - excellent timing (for me personally).

Scott,
How long have you been running this site? I spend a lot of time of the INET researching and have never found this site until recently?
I really like how you pull from all the “good” sites and compile the latest each week. I have definitely added your site to my favorites.
Drop me an email, I want to get a banner swap going…if you do that type of thing.
Thanks again,
Smitty
