Whether you're enjoying a session in the home gym, local park or somewhere a little more commercial; make sure you're wearing one of these.
I just came across several videos demonstrating various kettlebell and grip training exercises over at the London Kettlebells site. Enjoy.

You are becoming my resource for all things kettlebell. Why don’t you create a kettlebell category for your posts? That would make them easier to find both within your site and from google which could then index them as such.

Thanks Bud. There’s already a category there for the kettlebell exercises, will create one for general kettlebell info.

I hadn’t noticed the categories way down at the bottom. I thought you weren’t even using them. Maybe they’re just a last resort for navigation.

Bud, the categories are in a few places. Those used for a particular post are listed beside ‘Filed in’ (on the front page) just beneath the post itself.
The major categories are in the sidebar, under ‘On the Rack’.
The dropdowns further down the sidebar list everything there is; and I’ve added a ‘kb’ category for all the stuff pertaining to kettlebells.

I might add the categories to the individual post page also for us feedreader users.
