Thanks Jim. The incredible video of circus artist Dominic Laclasse is just one of many on his site (personal favourites: filmyamakasi2.wmv and yamakazedoom.wmv). He almost makes Jackie Chan seem slow and cumbersome.
Another circus artist well worth watching is Dominique Major (often known simply as ‘the wheel girl’); currently taking part in Cirque du Soleil’s world tour. If you can’t get to a show, you’ll find a couple of videos on her site.
If you want to see more urban acrobatics, take a look at the videos here or on the Screw Gravity Parkour site.

Ready to bend some steel? Grab a copy of the Diesel Crew's Bending eBook. Superb.

Let me pick my jaw up off of the floor. That is VERY VERY impressive work. Makes me want to go strictly to body weight exericises! DAMN.

Chris, that was about the same as my reaction the first time I saw him in action. The ability to get into a handstand by slowly raising your legs is, well, astonishing.
I’d love to know how he trains. Did you notice on the Screw Gravity site there are step-by-step tutorials on how to run up walls etc?

Scott,
I didn’t look at the screw up gravity page…I’ll take a look at it later tonight. I’ve been looking very seriously at the kettlebell stuff. I think I’m going to get one of them. Then I just need to use it. I’m starting to feel like I’m being pulled into way to many directions. Although as I look at the bells, I think it might accomplish more of what I want. Being athletic/strong/and looking like your athletic/strong. We’ll see.

I think you’re more likely to use a kettlebell simply because it doesn’t require any ‘setting up’. I just leave mine by the back door and grab it when I go out there.

Well I’ve been searching around for a Kettlebell. Once I figure out where I am financially I’ll probably go ahead and get the 16KG one. Like you said it will be easy to grab and go outside with it!
