Slept in once again. The usual pattern: the alarm sounds after 3 hours, I wake, switch it off and go back to sleep. This felt like more of a matter of wanting to keep warm than tiredness. Sunday morning laziness.
Following nap
Couldn't really sleep (I suspect the nap was a little early - wasn't quite tired enough at 19:30) so I ended up getting up after about 30 mins. Still, that took the edge off - will happily make that up with 4.5 hours later. Possibly even 6.
