Perfect.
Once again I woke up before the alarm (by about 30 minutes this time); however I decided to roll over and go back to sleep. When the alarm sounded I wasn't sleeping terribly deeply, and getting out of bed wasn't particularly difficult.
Unlike the past two days I didn't have the 'ready to go' bonus thoughts this time. I'm not quite sure what caused them, but I wouldn't mind it back. It really does make an enormous difference.
Following nap
Not bad at all. It feels as though my body's really getting used to biphasic sleeping - much better quality sleep. Dream recall, feeling of alertness following a nap, time taken to get to sleep in the first place - all are improved. Definitely good.
