If you’re looking for an alternative to FitDay, take a wander over to The Daily Plate. My only gripe so far is their maximum daily recordable water consumption of 8 glasses (hey, it gets hot here). Other than that, it’s all good.

I drink well more than 8 glasses of water per day, and I doubt that it gets as hot here as it does where you are at. Especially this time of year. Maine in December is certainly not the balmiest of climates…
That being said, most people do not drink anywhere close to the amount of water that they should. I’ve already gone through 2 32 oz water bottles just this morning, and that does not count what I drank with my breakfast or a milk shake before I left the house.
That’s not bad for a morning’s drinking. Is that with training, or just the usual dose?
