Building a Dip Station

Saint Wilhelm’s user ‘bacon’ (aka Bryan) has put together a great video showing the construction and use of his Dip Station. Superb.

Ready to bend some steel? Grab a copy of the Diesel Crew's Bending eBook. Superb.

Pillar drill/Welding/Grinding - Yeah my kinda video (That Dawg didn’t look too impressed tho’)
I’d like to see some step-up pegs (both as an aid to “getting in position” and incase the dip fails, as they may prevent a bottoming out over-stretch)
Credit where credits due ;)

Pat,
I have a 6” box that I use for SLDLs that I can use in place of steps, but if I would have thought about it in the design phase, I probably would have added them. Kurt over at St. Wilhelms saved me some redesign agony halfway through the build. I almost used 1” handles, but Kurt informed me that 1” were girly and that 2” was clearly the better choice. Thanks Kurt.
That dog is my buddy (bacon) and the only time he’s impressed and/or interested is when you’re holding food. He’s a pretty good spotter though.
Thanks guys.
