From ArcaMax Health and Fitness :
In most healthy men, testosterone production reaches an all-time high in the late teens, and levels remain relatively stable for up to two decades. Between the ages of 30 and 40, testosterone levels begin to drop at a rate of about 1 to 2 percent per year.
Although testosterone replacement therapy has historically been considered as part of the treatment for Hypogonadism (usually a condition afflicting younger men), more recently it has been used to help ward off the effects of aging. For the men out there - is this something you would consider? When?

This is not something I would consider. Testosterone can be produced naturally through weight training, good fats, and other natural methods. If I began to take it from an external source, that would be substitution (doing something for my body that it can do itself). By taking testosterone from an external source, my body would begin to limit it’s own production. Something I dont want to do.
Train 3x a week, eat lower carbohydrate, higher protein and fat meals and Testosterone and HGH will occur quite readily naturally.

I tend to agree. In fact with most medical conditions, if there’s a way to do things naturally it should always come first. Still, things may seem quite different in 50 years or so.
