Sleep more for better performance


Pre-race nap - image via Triathlete MagazineI am yet to be convinced, but the Sleep Disorders blog points to a recent study attempting to equate a longer sleep period with improved sporting performance. Personally, I suspect there is a correlation between sleep quality and performance; not just the quantity of sleep.
