Matt GrahamJedd just pointed me to an interesting thread on the Gripboard, discussing next month’s CAPO Victorian Bench and Grip comp. Great to see.

If you’re thinking of attending, the details are :

WHEN: Saturday 22nd, September 2007
TIMES: 10am-6pm. Exact times of events to be confirmed.
WEIGH-IN: From 10am on the day or 24 hour by appointment.
ENTRY FEES:
Grip Only $15,
Grip and Bench $30 or $50
Bench $20 Members, $40 Non- Members
Strongman $50
Secondary School Kids $20
