There are more power tools here than the local hardware store. Amid the mayhem, the following appeared :

Articles : Dr Daniel Baker (Brisbane Broncos' Strength Coach) looked at the importance of variable resistance in Strongman training, the Science of Sport discussed the impact of track times on marathon running and Lyle McDonald asked 'How many carbs do we really need?'.
Videos : a demonstration of Okinawan Karate, Kaz at his finest and a young Jet Li enjoying some conditioning work.
Sites : Cheap Ass Food (though this burger is more my sort of thing), The Painted Place (cycling) and MMA HQ. Excellent.
Interviews : Iron Man Magazine's Lonnie Teper talks to IFBB Pro Ben White, Andrew Denton chats with Australian cyclist Cadel Evans and the Applied Karate Show features a conversation with Mario McKenna Sensei.
Bonus : Dr Michael R. Eades takes a look at Fast food and endothelial dysfunction. Very interesting indeed.
