Virtual Meet Sep 2007 : Results

Last month’s Virtual Meet was a good one, with a bit of record-breaking on a number of fronts. This highlights video will give you just some idea of the fun. Very nice indeed.

If you’re inspired to take part in a future meet, the next one is scheduled for this November (military bench press, 23rd - 25th); and there are several under discussion for next year. Sign up - you’ll love it.
