A brief self-defense demonstration at the International Wing Chun Academy. Good stuff.

Good site - I like the vids.
Out of interest, why’d you stop doing Wing Chun? What are you doing now?

I went to the open day of International Wing Chun last month. I’m going to start training at their dojo in the city over my Summer break. I’m looking forward to getting fit and learning kung fu after a year of boooooring intership work.
I’ve done a few styles before like judo and krav maga but they didn’t give me much confidence around big men. I think Wing Chun will suit me a lot more as it was created by a woman. Their instructors seem very friendly and obviously have a lot of skill. Here’s to my new year’s resolution! Thanks for the vid Scott.
Shell.
