Got $20 and an hour? Knock up a slosh pipe. Here’s one in action.

Ready to bend some steel? Grab a copy of the Diesel Crew's Bending eBook. Superb.

The Gymboss is a superb interval timer. As Jim noted :
'20 seconds never felt so long, 10 seconds never so short, and four minutes never so painful.'
Love it.
NB : I highly recommend all of these.

LOVE my slosh pipe. I use it a couple of times as a finisher to a tough training session. I will alternate 100 meter Zercher walks with 100 meter overhead to lockout walks. Great core and spinal erector training!

Good stuff. Love deceptively simple training equipment like that.
