An extremely hot week here at Straight to the Bar. Between drinks the following appeared :

Articles : The Gubernatrix shared a few tips for getting the most out of your heavy sessions, Blaine noted the many advantages of adding Quinoa to your diet and John discussed the merits of visualisation (or visualization if you prefer).
Videos : Combat game Toribash took the stage, Ross Enamait demonstrated some serious moves on his custom ab wheel and Mark Rippetoe offered a couple of pointers for performing the Overhead Press.
Ideas : Make your own Band Crossover Rig, grab a softball and enjoy some real grip work and have a go at some inverted glute-ham raises. Superb.
Sites : Adam is 5 Foot 5 And Looking Up, strongman.tv is almost ready and Boxing Performance is now live. Good stuff.
