I would never substitute Grass Fed Beef with anything less. Its to good. How much would grass fed beef need to cost in your opinion? Food costs are skyrocketing in general. There are so many things that we spend money on. I know of lots of people who spent 7 dollars on a McDonalds combo. Seven Dollars! How much meat do they get? How many veggies? If you would eat the amount of meat recommended by dietrients you can also get away with 7 dollars eating a healty amount of grass fed beef and your veggies. Its all about how you look at it!
