Sharing the Home Gym

This month Blaine and I will be taking a look at the many fitness-related things you can do locally. Today I'll be taking a look at the benefits of sharing your home gym.

Goody's post yesterday (looking at his workout in Jedd's basement) reminded me of just how good it can be to share your home gym. It has all the usual benefits a training partner brings, as well as bringing the other person slightly out of their comfort zone. Always good.

If you'd like to share your own home gym - especially if you're looking for a new workout partner; take a photo of the gym (no matter how big it is, or what's in it) and add it to the Flickr group (haven't used Flickr before? This'll help get you started). Tag it with 'sttbhomegym' (to see the other photos with that tag, head over here).

To give people an idea of where in the world you are based, be sure to include your location in the title. City and State/County/Country should be fine. See one nearby that looks interesting? Be sure to leave a comment (on the photo page, that is) and let them know. You may have just discovered a new training partner.
