I LOVE the shoulderhorn and pimp it tirelessly. There are few devices that target the rotator group so specifically and effectively. Especially good for rehab work. Only thing to watch out for is damaging the fragile lining - it’s foam plumbing pipe cover. Most folks have their shoulderhorns covered in duct tape (not me! I’ve been careful ;-) ). Though of course you could probably just get more of the sleeve at the hardware store.
