Ready to bend some steel? Grab a copy of the Diesel Crew's Bending eBook. Superb.
- Articles : Kat shared some ideas for a fitness-centred Mothers’ Day, the Science of Sport discussed the effects of exercising in the heat and I took a look at several of my favourite Parkour Tutorial videos. 10, to be exact.
- Videos : Adam made some taped, behind the back, vertical card-tearing look almost easy; Dr Terry Zachary explained the basics of balance in hand-strength training and Kaitlin Young showed just how brutal her training regime is. Good stuff.
- Ideas : Build your own hub for pinch work, have a go at some vertical speedbag work (much harder than it looks) and try jumping with kettlebells. Great idea.
- Sites : Fans of the Macebell (and yes, I’m definitely in that category) will love the Macebell Maniac Network, Sack Up Sports is a great community for lovers of extreme sports and the Heavy Athletics team show just how life-changing a bit of heavy lifting can be. Superb.
Each year in the Okinawan town of Naha is the world’s largest Tug-O-War. Very, very strange.
