That’s pretty cool, but I can’t imagine any of that actually carrying over to anything at all. Good for balance on an indo board, but the one arm barbell snatch is really digging deep.

I totally agree with the first comment. I really dont see the purpose or applicability of almost any of those movements (except unnecessary injury).

I disagree with the first 2 comments… balance is used in almost every movement we make - from sports to walking.
Do a squat with the added challenge of doing it on an Indo board and you’re working more muscles than doing it on a flat surface!
