Hands, wrists and forearms
I love training the hands, wrists and forearms (and I'm not alone in this). If you share this somewhat unusual obsession, take a look at these :
Grip training
Pinch work, hub lifting, Rolling Thunder, grippers and so on. The good stuff.
Bending
Reshaping steel - nails, horseshoes, scrollwork and other fun things.
Tearing
Ripping through cards, phonebooks and anything else that represents a challenge.

Ready to bend some steel? Grab a copy of the Diesel Crew's Bending eBook. Superb.
