Via Conditioning Research : Science Daily notes one of the many sleep vs performance studies taking place at the moment. Although I disagree with the idea of simply increasing the duration of sleep - in my opinion, increasing the quality of sleep is far more important - it's an interesting study overall. And yes, I'm still on the biphasic sleep routine.

Personally, I suspect there is a correlation between sleep quality and performance; not just the quantity of sleep.
